8-21-10 Its a hot sunny Saturday afternoon. No better way than to sit back relax with a nice cold beer. This is Pranqster, a really good Belgian Style Ale. Very flavorful and has a nice finish, floral notes and a sharp spiciness to it. When we were in Ft. Bragg, we walked by the North Coast Brewing Co. and I had never heard of it. They stay true to the craft of beer-making and use vintage yeasts and old world recipes. I also got the Old Rasputin Imperial Stout, never tried it...I will tell you what I think when I do.
